If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you received it, by contacting us at info@alchemyhandpan.com.
To be returned, the item must be intact and in its original packaging.
If your return request is accepted, you can ship the item at your expense within 10 days of the return request. Once we’ll have received it and verified its integrity, we will proceed with the refund.

Defective or Damaged Product
Once you receive the item, we invite you to check it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Our handpans are unique sound sculptures, entirely handmade. Therefore any hammering marks, color variations, or scratches should not be considered defects but unique characteristics of the instrument.
